But there are some limitations...
Published on June 23, 2009 By VistArtXPosed In WindowFX

I just tried out WindowFX on Windows 7 Beta, and it works, but to a very limited degree (partially because i'm using Se7en on Virtual PC.)  Many of the options on 7 were cut out compared to Vista & XP which on my PC, reside on physical partitions.  For Windows 7 (on VPC), there were only about one or two options to choose from compared to the 10 to 20ish the program normally supports.  This may vary by computer setup.

To make WindowFX work in Windows 7 (as well as Vista), right-click "wfxload.exe" and select Properties.  Then go to the compatibility tab and click on the compatibility checkbox and select "Windows XP (SP2)".  The program should run like if it was on XP (but it doesn't).

This test was for the 32-bit version of Windows 7 only.

What beta is this? Because the beta finished months ago unless you are talking about the Release Candidate.
